TOPICS

A Primer on Past Performance Issues
In selecting winning vendors, federal, state and local governments have typically looked at past contract performance information as part of their overall evaluation processes. Contractors that have a history of performing well have always enjoyed a better chance ofwinning than those that do not. Since the late 1990s the Federal Government began developing rules and regulations placing even more emphasison past performance. This presentation will review past performance procedures and suggest ways for you to manage the process toyour advantage. We will also provide instruction on challenging negative performance reviews before the Boards and the Court of Federal Claims.

Select Small Business Update
Among the many advantages of doing business with the Federal Government are the benefits it gives to small businesses. These benefits, however, come in a highly regulated environment that is changing often. This presentation will highlight recent developments that should assist small business contractors in their relationship with the Government.
